It's time for round THREE!!  We sold out six classes in record time in 2022, so we're coming back!   Come see us at Alto Vineyards in Champaign!  Sip wine (or beer)  while you do yoga (or not) with the goats!  Come INSIDE for the yoga and nama-stay for the great atmosphere!  Yep!  We're indoors!

Session #2  - 12pm (Session will only be added if 11am session sells out.)

What is Goats  + Yoga like?

After you get your drinks, you'll set up your mats and get to meet the goats.  Yep, you can bring your drinks into the yoga area!  You will be given cups of goat treats to help persuade the goats to come to you.  There will be some who will be on top of you, and some who'd rather watch you from afar or just eat out of your hand.  You can be as involved (or not) as you'd like. We can also strategically place the right goats on top of you for just the right selfie!

This is a VERY informal class! You are welcome to bring your yoga mat, or a beach towel will be just fine, too.  If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend.  Just give us a heads up!  

We highly recommend you nama-stay with your friends or significant other and make it a day here!  There's live music at 2pm and the winery is open all day!
