April 2017 Dinner

Paula Wolfert's new Biography/Cookbook is, as the title suggests, Unforgettable. Thus, it was hard for Denise not to be inspired to use these recipes for our April dinner series. Learning of her Alzheimer's diagnosis in 2013, Paula uses food in combination with other therapies, to help her her combat the effects of the disease.
