Our heritage hogs are raised outdoors, where they can root, roam, and grow naturally—just as pigs should! This results in happier, healthier animals and incredibly flavorful, high-quality pork.
These smaller hogs have already been processed into popular summer cuts, including delicious brats, making them perfect for grilling season.
