Our heritage hogs are raised outdoors, where they can root, roam, and grow naturally—just as pigs should! This results in happier, healthier animals and incredibly flavorful, high-quality pork.

These smaller hogs have already been processed into popular summer cuts, including delicious brats, making them perfect for grilling season. Since the hogs were smaller, this is a great opportunity to get a whole hog at a lower cost, giving you the chance to try farm-fresh pork without a big commitment.
