We are now taking orders for fresh processed broiler/roaster chickens for the fall 2015 season. We will be processing birds every 8 weeks until late Fall.

The chickens will be whole, packaged in a shrink-bag container ready for freezing, unless other arrangements are made.

We can cut the birds to order for a small fee. We plan to have various sizes available.  See below for whole bird pricing.

3-6 lbs dressed weight:  $ 4.00/lb.

Pre-ordering is not required, but there is a limited supply, and it would really help us plan. A $5/deposit per bird is required ahead of time.
